Kilgore Cast Iron "American" Cap Gun. 9 ½ inches long. 6 shot disc cap firing, revolving cylinder, engraved nickel plated cap gun with diving eagle grips. This is the desirable cast iron cylinder model. The gun has been refinished to mint, unused, 1940 condition. I don’t know who or when it was done, but whoever it was did a great job. I can see no evidence of anything welded so I guess it just needed a new finish. This gun is as good as or better than it was when it was made in 1930/1940. Works great every time the trigger is pulled. No flaws, no damage. It is so shiny and brilliant, that the camera couldn't catch the engraving. Sorry.
